Sure enough I came home that night and I had service at my house for the first time in nearly 6 months. Months went by and then finally one morning I was driving to work and there were the AT&T trucks parked at the tower with a bunch of guys in their gear. I kept telling them which tower was the problem and they just kept saying I was wrong. But my phone works great as long as I’m not near this tower by my house. They told me that the problem must be my phone. I called them constantly and even went to their store in my town. Everything was fine and then suddenly, nothing, no service. I had trouble getting any service at all for six months near my house even though the nearest cell tower is only 2 miles from my house. I also wanted to talk to supervisor was told they will call back I insisted on being on call. I insisted on opening a grievance after 25 mins of conversation as i keep on insisted to get a case/ ticket/ grievances/ reference # 202012452. I was put back on same plan i was on but still my bill is $285.56 because the charges are valid. The credit promised never applied on 8/25 i was on call for 4 hrs and people called me back like robert agent - RR152E, Christina agent# CB646U and kimoya, amy, bob They say don’t worry will take care by doing some changes and said my bill will be 85 now with all the credits. Instead my bill now will be more not 170. I was happy and i get my bill it is 265 i call 611 again explain everything and they say the agent much have given wrong information. Said it will be 20 less on data plan and phone lines are discounted too and my bill will be 130’s from 170. The agent said i can choose unlimited plan which is cheaper then what I currently pay. I called in july 2018 to reduce my phone bill from$ 170 i have 3 lines and 20 gb data plan. I have being calling regarding my phone bill.
